Many of us don’t even know what is meant by light pollution. Light pollution also known as luminous pollution is caused by excessive light created by humans. This excessive light has adverse side effect s on humans and also affects our environment. This pollution is one of the main drawbacks of industrial civilization. Nowadays many industries are active only in the night time and they are using variety of light emitting sources for functionality and advertising purposes.
Light pollution has wide range health effects. It causes hyper tension and head aches in humans. It increases stress level in humans. Researchers found out that this pollution decreases the melatonin hormone secretion of the body. Melatonin is required for regulate sleep /awake cycles in humans. And moreover reduced melatonin secretion increases risk of breast cancer in women. Another impact of this light pollution is wastage of energy sources. So proper measures have to be taken to reduce this pollution. Redesigning the existing techniques is needed.

Why To Do Sit-ups

Doing regular breathing exercise along with sit-ups can help you to focus. Lie down on the floor and after taking a deep breath lift the upper part of your body, with hands behind your neck. Move the body towards your knees. Then slowly back down towards the floor. Make sure abdominal muscles are the only part of your body doing this entire workout. Repeat this 10-15 per set. Go for at least 5-6 sets per day.
