Sleep well at nights. Have a sound sleep at nights. Go to bed early and have a time gap of at least 2 hours dinner before going to bed.
Eat well. Try to eat healthy foods which can give you nutrients required by your body. Avoid junk foods. Green foods give you more energy than junk foods.
Drink a lot of water. Drink more water every day. Water can purify your blood and helps you to stay away from dehydration.
Stay relaxed. Try to have your mind in relaxed state. Reduced stress level helps you keep your mind calm and helps you to be active through out the day.
Regular exercises. Every morning practice some exercises and warm ups.Warm ups helps you to stretch your muscles. Do warm up equally on both sides of the body.
