Sit-ups are a quicker way to develop strong legs and to develop strong belly muscles. Sit-ups can surely ensure you six pack abs if you practice it regularly. But doing them incorrectly can hurt your back, especially when using straight leg variety. Some time twisting can cause rotational stress on your back that that can cause injury. While doing sit-ups if you feel any pain in back, stop immediately. Pushing through back pain can cause severe injury. If you don’t know how to do sit-ups in proper way, better follow the following procedure.Doing regular breathing exercise along with sit-ups can help you to focus. Lie down on the floor and after taking a deep breath lift the upper part of your body, with hands behind your neck. Move the body towards your knees. Then slowly back down towards the floor. Make sure abdominal muscles are the only part of your body doing this entire workout. Repeat this 10-15 per set. Go for at least 5-6 sets per day.
