Points To Remember

In the previous post I mentioned about the importance of exercising. There are few points that you should keep in your mind before starting workouts.

Start Slowly

Your physical workouts should not hurt your body. Exercise till you have energy and when your energy level goes down, stop.Don’t push your body too much on the first day itself.

Good Nutrition Plan

Exercising alone can’t keep you physically fit. You should also maintain good nutrition al plan and diet. Consult your physical trainer about these before starting.

Variety Workouts

Try to have variety of workouts. If you are doing chest workouts one day, begin with leg exercises next time. Try to breathe through your nose while exercising. Because this can helps you to save your energy and increase your metabolic rate.

Be consistent

Try to do workouts continuously.Atleast you have to do 30 minutes exercising a day. You will have a doubt here. Previously I said that you shouldn’t force your body while exercising. This means you have to do exercise continously with fewer weights. Don’t try to lift heavy weights on the first day itself. You can increase your intensity slowly and regularly.

Practice Walking and Cardio vascular Exercises.

Cardio vascular exercises give work for your entire body. Every part of your body will coordinate to perform these exercises. Walking can helps you to reduce your body weight.

Stick To the Routine

This is the most important point to remember. You have to do exercise regularly. Make exercising as a part of your daily life. Don’t give up.
