Type ‘exercise regularly’ in Google search bar. You can see many people asking tips for losing their body weight. But why so many people want to lose their weight nowadays. Few years back people did more physical activities. At present we use car to move from one place to another place independent of the distance, elevator to avoid stairs, we have a comfortable chair and a pc at offices. On the weekends we don’t even use these things. We simply comfort ourselves on the sofa in front of a TV.
